The World of OT - Therapy Assistance Services aims to provide therapy assistance to NDIS participants; specifically occupational therapy assistance. By doing so, participants are open to increased opportunities to achieve their goals.
A therapy assistant's job is to work with your child on their occupational therapy program, developed by their OT. This assists your child to achieve their goals by having a skilled therapy assistant work through each task.
Amongst NDIS participants, therapy assistance is extensively under-utilised. Incorporating a therapy assistant into your plan means you can have 2 to 3 times as many therapy sessions, increasing value for your funding.
